NH BEAUTY SUPPLY RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Due to Sanitary/Health concerns and regulations, there are no returns on our hair extensions. According to the Federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on.

Due to the special nature of the products we sell, returns are not accepted if the hair has been tampered with, uncoiled (unbundled), worn or washed.
We take pride in providing the finest luxury hair and exceptional customer service, so we are happy to handle situations on a case by case basis. If you have an issue, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you and resolve your problem.
The reason for our policy is not because we do not stand by our products. Much like fresh produce, for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept products that have been opened or used. Please note that we can only refund or exchange if we have made an error with your order or if there is a fault which will prevent you from applying the hair extensions (a slight color or pattern variation does not qualify for a refund or exchange).
If there has been a mistake made by NH Beauty Supply™, then an exchange can be made within 72 hours of receiving the hair. Under no circumstance is NH Beauty Supply™ responsible if you do not like a curl pattern or texture. Our hair is raw and unprocessed, so texture and pattern may vary from bundle to bundle. Raw curly textures are in their optimal condition when they are maintained daily. To prevent it from becoming dry and brittle, please remember to keep it well conditioned and moisturized daily. We know that there is a risk in any purchase that you make, but we try our best to eliminate most of that risk by having an upfront customer fulfillment process. Not only that but by supplying you with top quality luxury hair extensions and wigs. With proper maintenance and the durability of our hair alone will give you the added security. Under very rare circumstances, an exchange may be authorized.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Please note that fulfillment time for our products is approximately 7-12 business days and is prepared after your order is placed. Processing time for large orders can be approximately 15-20 business days. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame below that is selected at checkout.

International Orders: Sometimes with goods being imported to other countries, the customs office of the destination country will attach a customs charge. Please know that this is not a charge that is added or assessed by NH Beauty Supply™ in any way. Any customs/Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item prices or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed with your tracking number. Please make sure that your contact information is correct when creating your NH Beauty Supply™ account. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to update on the USPS website.

We recommend that you do not make your hair appointment until you have received and inspected your hair, as there can be unforeseen delays.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees,
If billing address and shipping address does not match order might be delayed, postpone or rejected on further review.
